REVISED Indicative ARV for County Leitrim for 2018 is 0.215
The Valuation Office has now completed its revaluation of all commercial properties throughout County Leitrim and has issued valuation certificates to all ratepayers on 7th September, 2017. The new valuations will take effect from 1st January, 2018 and will form the basis for commercial rates in 2018. The New Valuation List for the County will be published on 15th September, 2017 and available to view on www.valoff.ie from that date.
The Valuation Office intend to hold walk-in clinics to answer queries relating to the recent issue of Valuation Certificates. No appointment will be necessary. Ratepayers attending the clinics are asked to bring their Valuation Certificate along with them.

How are Rates Calculated?
Your rates liability for 2018 will be calculated by multiplying the Valuation (Net Annual Value) of your property as shown on your Valuation Certificate by the Annual Rate on Valuation (ARV). The Indicative ARV for County Leitrim is 0.215. This is an Indicative ARV and the actual ARV will be determined by Leitrim County Council at its budget meeting later this year.
