- Chun a chinntiú gur féidir leis an bpobal gnó a dhéanamh le haon roinn den Chomhairle trí Ghaeilge agus go mbeadh fhios ag an gnáthdhuine go bhfuil fáilte roimh úsáid na Gaeilge i measc foirne.
- To ensure that the public can deal with any section of Leitrim County Council in Irish on an equal basis as in English and that they would sense a willingness to use Irish on the part of all Council staff.

- Gach deis a thapú chun an Ghaeilge a chur chun cinn i gContae Liatroma.
- To use every opportunity to encourage and promote the use of Irish in Leitrim.

- Go mbeadh úsáid na Gaeilge mar chuid nádúrtha d'obair an lae gan aon bhrú.
- That the use of Irish would be seen as a natural uninhibited practice without pressure.

- Deiseanna a chur ar fail do bhaill foirne, nach bhfuil an Ghaeilge go maith acu, chun a gcuid Gaeilge a fheabhsú.
- That opportunities be provided for staff who do not feel competent in the language, to enable them to improve their Gaeilge.
