At present we are not in a position to facilitate our regular annual Staff Pension talks within the department.
Therefore we would appreciate it if you would like to inform the staff that we are still operating from home and facilitating comprehensive phone reviews for all new and existing clients which has so far proved a great success for all parties given current restrictions and guidelines from the Government.
We want to ensure that staff still have access to this information as it is very important that staff understand how their pension scheme works currently and to have the opportunity to plan for their retirement.
These reviews typically address any queries/concerns staff may have in regards to their Main Scheme Pension benefits and the options available to them.
