MOTOR TAX OFFICE MOVEMotor Tax are on the move! From Tuesday 26th January 2010 the Motor Tax Office will operate from the main Council Offices in Aras an Chontae, Carrick on Shannon. To accommodate this move the Motor Tax Offices will be
CLOSED to the Public on the following days:
Thursday 21st, Friday 22nd and Monday 25th January 2010.
In order to minimise any disruption to the service customers are asked to tax their cars as early as possible in January. Cars can also be taxed on line using
www.motortax.ie. It is also possible to submit postal applications. Leitrim County Council apologise for any inconvenience that this disruption may cause.
Irish residents can now renew their motor tax 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through a new website,
www.motortax.ie. The guide included on these pages should be of assistance to you .
You can do all your Motor Taxation and Driver Licensing business by post. Do not send cash by post or through the express postal facility. We accept all major credit and Laser cards.
