Works in relation to Hyde Terrace, Mohill, have been completed and incorporated into this Scheme is a Community House for general use by the local community. This facility will also be used by the Housing Liaison Officer and Social Worker and also the County Leitrim Partnership for after school services and Residents Meetings etc.
Remedial works are currently nearing completion in the Lahard Estate, Ballinamore.
Major remedial works are currently out to tender for the refurbishment of 20 Rural Cottages throughout County Leitrim. The works include the replacement of doors and windows,paths, floors, roof repairs, upgrading of sewage works etc. It is envisaged that these works will commence shortly.
