Notice is hereby given by Leitrim County Council of their intention to review Discharge Licence No. WPL/04/03 as held by Lough Rynn Castle Estate Ltd for the discharge of effluent to Lough Rinn from a premises located in Rinn, Mohill, Co. Leitrim.
All relevant documentation relating to the licence review is available for inspection at the Local Authority’s Offices, Aras an Chontae, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim. Representations relating to the licence review may be made in writing to the local authority within one month from 25 November 2011.
