Notice is hereby given by Leitrim County Council of their intention to review Discharge Licence No. WPL/03/05 as held by Golden Vale Marts for the discharge of effluent to Calloughs Stream from a premises located in Calloughs, Carrigallen, Co. Leitrim.
All relevant documentation relating to the licence review is available for inspection at the Local Authority’s Offices, Aras an Chontae, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim. Representations relating to the licence review may be made in writing to the local authority within one month from 25 November 2011
