Closing date for submissions on the Carrick-on-Shannon Municipal District (Regulation and Control of the Consumption of Intoxicating Liquor in Public Places (Draft Bye-laws, 2016).

Carrick-on-Shannon Municipal District in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Part 19 of the Local Government Act, 2001, as amended by the Local Government Reform Act, 2014 propose to introduce Bye-Laws in respect of the regulation and control of the consumption of Intoxicating Liquor in Public Places in the functional area of Carrick-on-Shannon. The original public notice was published on 21st September, 2016. The closing date for receipt of representations or submissions on the Draft Bye-laws is by 4p.m on Wednesday 2nd November, 2016 in writing to the Corporate Service Department, Leitrim County Council. Any such representations or submissions shall be considered by Leitrim County Council prior to making the Bye-laws.
