Cruinniú na nÓg

Save the date – June 23rd – Cruinniú na nÓg celebrating creativity in young people

Saturday June 23rd is a national day of creativity for children and young people. The model is similar to Culture Night but in contrast to Culture Night, events can be held during the day, making them much more accessible to children and young people. While the focus of most events will be on Saturday 23rd itself, events can also happen on the day before for those groups, especially schools, that meet during the week. Events can take all shapes and sizes from visual arts, performance to workshops on heritage, adventures, or explorations of culture, food or fashion. The emphasis is on ‘doing’, ‘making’, ‘creating’.

Take a look at what's on and plan your first Cruinniu na nOg!
